Katrina Kaif declines the proposal to be the face of Royal Challengers…

Katrina Kaif IPLMar 1, Bangalore: Katrina Kaif, the mascot of Royal Challengers, as per reports, will no longer be the face of the team. She has not signed the contract to be the brand ambassador for RCB,this year. Royal Challengers is owned by the liquor baron Vijay Mallya, and Siddharth Mallya, son of Vijay Mallya is the director of this team. This IPL team has got ace batsmen like Virat Kohli, Mohammad Kaif, Saurabh Tiwary, T M Dilshan, Ab De Villiers, Rilee Rossouw, Cheteshwar Pujara. And bowlers Zaheer Khan, Luke Pomersbach, Charl Langeveldt, Dirk Nannes, Abhimanyu Mithun, Nuwan Pradeep, and also all rounders Daniel Vettori, Jonathan Vandiar, Johan Van Der Wath.

However the lady luck of RCB has withdrawn herself from the contract pointing out date problems. During the IPL, she will be going to Agra for the shoot of “Mere brother ki dulhan” by Aditya Chopra. She will be unavailable during that time, and so has preferred to back out.

There is a buzz around that, Siddharth Mallya’s ladylove Deepika Padukone may be the next brand ambassador of Royal Challengers IPL team. But this news is yet to be confirmed. And since, Deepika and Sid are in a relationship now, chances of her becoming the face of the team is less.
