Rajnikanth's Endhiran The Robot is a big-budget 2010 sci-fi Tamil Movie directed by famous Tamil director Shankar, producer is Kalanidhi Maran and music given by Oscar winner A..R.Rahman. The movie lead star cast is Aishwarya and Rajnikant. Endhiran is a movie about a robot - an android and sees the Tamil cinema debut of Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachcha who will co-star with south Indian superstar Rajnikanth. Danny Denzongpa, Santhanam, Karunas and more are also in the cast. Many efforts were taken by the Endhiran movie Director Shankar to bring the most awaited, most expected pair to bring on screen, i.e. Superstar Rajinikanth – Aishwarya Rai Bachan. In this movie, Endhiran The Robot, Rajni plays dual roles. One is a scientist and the other is a Robot. Scientist Rajni creates a Robot with artificial intelligence – like that of sixth sense in humans – to help human beings and to the development of the country. Scientist Rajni fights to save the Robot falling into the hand of the enemies and destroys the evil forces using the Robot itself. ‘Endhiran‘ had started rolling in September 2008 and has been shot across various parts of the World including United States, Switzerland, South Africa and Peru.

The southern siren Trisha is making her Bollywood debut with the film “Khatta Meetha” with Akshay Kumar. According to reports, the film is a satirical comedy on misuse on government funds by government contractors responsible for highway construction and repair in India. It is partly a reflection on the rampant use of fake material so that the contractor keeps making money by fixing the same stretches of roads over and over again.


The story revolves around road mafia and corruption in the construction business. Akhay Kumar's character as Sachin Tichkule - a 37 years old road constructor. Trisha plays his college time love interest with whom he broke up and now a PWD Officer. The film story is about Road Gang. It shows that how the bad roads are being made. It has shown the truth of the system of India that how sometimes the road becomes only paper written and sometime a single road is made twice in order to earn money.
