The much awaited and hyped Unforgettable Tour finally took off at Toronto.
For those of you who haven’t yet heard of the Unforgettable Tour, it is a round the world concert undertaken by the Bachchan family in company of other stars like Ritesh Deshmukh and Preity Zinta who will feature throughout, while Akshay Kumar, Madhuri Dixit and Shilpa Shetty are slated to turn in guest appearances at certain venues. The plan had been making waves for quite some time now and when it finally got underway it seemed that all the hype had been justified.
A grand, popular venue in Toronto was the setting for it, accommodating nearly 15000 people, a number that had to be restricted because more numbers could not be accommodated. The first show has been a huge hit with the audience and had Toronto all agog with the big moment of having Bollywood’s cream in attendance. The royal treatment they were given at the city talks a lot about Bollywood’s soaring levels of popularity. After Toronto, the Unforgettables bandwagon has moved to Trinidad for the second leg.
