Jackie Shroff has given a variety of roles in his whole career and now he wants to do a different and memorable role. He cherishes his wish and says that, he wants to paly the role of Salim which was played by legendary actor of the Indian Film Industry Dilip Kumar in his block buster hit 'Mughal E Azam'.
The movie is a milestone in the Indian Cinema. 'Mughal E Azam' was directed by K.Asif in the year 1960. 'Jaggu Dada' of the Bollywood town Jackie Shroff expresses his wish and says that, if the remake of Mughal E Azam' will be made he will play the role of 'Salim'. Jackie Shroff made his acting debut in the year 1982 with the movie 'Swami Dada' but he grabbed an attention of everyone with his next movie 'Hero' wherein he appeared as Jai Kishan, the flick was directed by famous director of the Indian Film Industry, Subhash Ghai.
Jackie Shroff belongs to a Gujarati-speaking Shroff family, the actor is married to his longtime girlfriend, Ayesha Dutt. She is also a producer and both husband and wife run Jackie Shroff Entertainment Limited. Bollywood actor ,Jackie Shroff also judged a magic show called India’s Magic Star broadcast on Indian channel Star One on a weekend, it began on 3rd July 2010.
